Never, ZC-elections have always been as described by P4. All 3 in which I was
(re-)elected. How many times were you re-elected?
 
It is a matter of public record I have kept my campaign promise re:
ZC-elections.
 
It is also a matter of public record, you have not.
 
But, I'm being zhispered into my ear elsewhere by a small faerie that after the
sysop-wide election of the next ZC1 will be over, the Z1-RCs qre going to sit
down in conclave to decide upon who gets to be ZC ...
 
The sysops, a very small sub-section I understand as 5/6th are not reached, get
to vote but the RCs get to decide ...
