What's that -o doing in there ? Unless I'm much mistaken it's
turning the //192.168.0.22/mnt/CCTV/PiZero into an option which would
probably cause an error (unsupported option or somesuch) except that since
mount can't see a special it goes looking in fstab for the mountpoint and
fails to find it and so bombs out with that error instead.
