Ddomain is very well put together, but all I got when I tried to get to
badnews was a "Page cannot be shown" error.

As I was trying to "upgrade" my EleWeb, I saw that it kept asking for the
.elm files from the /cgi-bin/ directory.  How many of them are needed there?
Any more major structure differences?
