Actually the 1408 file would have propagated by itself in a few days. As for
the missing files, you are correct about a problem. My VM crashed and my backup
build was 6 months old (upgraded to monthly now) so all those files went poof!
As Janis mentioned, the files are available everywhere else, and only the
latest one is valid anyway, so it's not on my 2do list :)
