Grissom's a stiff on offense and isn't getting any younger.  Jones is already 
awesome on defense, and at 20, he's only going to get better on offense.  I 
think Klesko has been platooned too much during his development, and that has 
hurt his ability to hit lefties, but since there are many more righthanded 
pitchers, it hardly makes him useless half the time.
