QMODEM.BEW is the Batch Entry Window text file of the files you select
for upload through ALT-6. It is a standard ascii text file with the
paths and filenames of the files selected.
Apparently this file is created even with a manual single file upload.
(If you have files selected prior to logging on to a BBS, and decide to
send a BBS.REP packet back, your files that you picked before logging on
will be replaced with the BBS.REP path and filename after the upload
occurs.)
In either case, it's not a problem if it's deleted. Maybe an
inconvenience, but that's all.
