JD ->1) I (re!)installed the original 5.3 International version
   ->2) When attempting to install the 5.3a (IE) patch, this is what the log 
file
   ->says:
I'm not sure if it applies to the international version, but with the
US version, you had to apply a patch that was released after 5.3, but
before 5.3a. The file name was  opt_53.exe  .
