I can't imagine why the drag would change byself. Maybe someone is =
changing something that includes it like whether to optimize for best =
appearance or best performance.
I would be concerned if simple networking is disabled that you have =
some trojan that is disabling it so that it can authenticate over the =
network. Look to see if there are any user accounts you did not create =
or if you have passwords on any of your own accounts.
