Why, quoting too much doesn't break things, but breaks minds (of readers). 
You could try to read all the quote, 'cause you could miss something from
it and not understand the message. But if there is too much quote, you'll
be reading and reading it much longer than any other text, and soon you'll
be thinking that unquoted text is garbage and should be prohibited.
