        That would only make Dole's election even more unlikely; and
        he's going to be the nominee when the smoke clears. Unless he
        quits voluntarily (hhhmmmmm.......), that would just be one more
        obstacle to overcome for us. Dole's slogan should be "Vote for
        me; I'm less liberal than Bill Clinton". Unless Dole starts
        mending fences soon, the presidential race will become a "who
        cares" race. Still, he IS less liberal than Clinton; and I don't
        think he's likely to try to kill us. Clinton will. Ernie P.
