When the announcement would mention the filegate as a source for download there
wouldn't be a problem. But all it does now is mention a link that doesn't have
the file, at least for a couple of days, and that's atleast a bit annoying.

And when you look at the site right now, it doesn't have the files between 1402
and 1408. And 1408 was put there only by manual intervention from Ben. So there
does seem to be some kind of problem in the process of releasing the files to
that website...
