Here, i use a collection of things:
Dizman 1.2 - to extract the file_id.diz etc descriptions from files and put 
them in files.bbs
MaxList 2.22 (?) - to make a global file list, plus add a header to the top 
of files.bbs containing the newest file, and the area name etc
tedit (os/2 warp 3.0) - to change and manually edit the descriptions in 
files.bbs :) (or on dos i used to use edit.com :) )
thats about it, theres not much else i do to my files.bbs ;)
