I'm reminded of a joke that was going around college campuses in the
sixties:
News Item: The police raided a house believed to house student radicals
and found a complete bomb making factory.  Police report they found bomb
casings, fuse material, and enough explosive filler to level the house.
The punch line:  The police found cases of empty beer bottles in the
basement, sheets in the linen closet, and gasoline in the garage.  Yeah,
we had a LOT of bomb factories in those days!
