I have several, taken from the B5 CD-ROM that was available mumble
years ago, plus one I made myself from a VCR recording.

I use various sound effects sounds for different PC events, such as
console operation sounds for opening/closing windows and menu flyouts.
Ivonova's "BOOM!" is one error condition sound, and Sheridan saying
"You have just committed a fatal error, there is nothing we can do for
you. Goodbye." as a fatal error sound, Londo's "Yes or no!" for a
question dialog box, and a slightly edited version of the Babcom
computer telling Delenn she has a waiting message is my "new email"
sound in Thunderbird and voicemail on my phone.
