Over in fsx Paulie420 has mentioned an issue related to the timebank

User deposits all but 1 minute to time bank.
Mystic kicks user for no time left.
User calls back in.
Logs still show 'First login today, setting time to XXX'.

Actual log data:

I don't run a time bank at Agency but checked my log and see the same thing
occurring whereby each time a user logs in during a single 24 hour period
Mystic is setting them up with full time allowed and seems to think it's
their first time connecting for the day.
