OK. It needs some reformatting though. As per FTA-1002.003 par. 3.2 the maximum
line length is 70 characters, excluding the line terminator. The header has the
correct length, but some lines are longer. Please reformat so that no line
extends beyond the header.

And please add a revison history at the end of the document as per FTA-1002.003
par 3.3.
