I know this message wasn't yours originally, but I'm sure it'll be
seen.
I did a set of kingpins on an antique Buick not too many years ago.
Brought them to the auto machine shop to be pressed in, and had them
machined to the correct size and straightness on the same machine
they do wrist pin bushing sizing. Came out *very* nice. Couple of
thousandths clearance. No binding and no slop...
