-> If you're attacked and you defend yourself with one of what some
-> sneeringly refer to as a "minor caliber," I'm gonna suggest that if
-> the attacker(s) stop(s) then you've met your objective. And that
-> doesn't particularly matter if the attacker ends up dead, wounded,
-> or running down the road _away_ from you.
Can't argue with anything you've said, here, Paul.
I guess I'm just fortunate that I am a sufficiently large individual
that I have NO problem concealling a 4" 357 magnum in a Summer Special
IWB holster.
I define a minor caliber as any cartridge that:
A: I wouldn't care to be shot with.
and
B: I wouldn't care to bet my life on.
Whereas a major caliber is one that:
A: I wouldn't care to be shot with.
and
B: I am comfortable betting my life on.
Question, Paul. A frothing-at-the-mouth maniac with a machete is
running toward you. Still comfortable with your choice of carry gun?
I am.
Regards
John
