Think that there is a problem when MTU is changing between subnets +
routing table problems when popullating more then X entries with ICMP
routing redirection.

Also, many ppl did not read the KB* MS provided with new Registry keys and
behavior which You and now Me talked about. Everything is said there.
Also, there is a problem with low MTU and maybe this is a point where this
patch will be re-issued.
