I can't find "a4064665" in my archives. However, I think what
happened was this: I have three hd's in this system. One is a backup drive
(E:), one has XP on it (C:) and the third has W7 (G:). D: and F: are
CD-ROM and DVD drives. In the gradual switchover from XP to W7, which uses
a different email client, I probably posted the same message from XP and
W7, as I'm still in the process of making the switch -- PITA that it is.

The scientists are going to get their answer soon enough, so I can wait,
our opinions notwithstanding. (-:
PQ>RN> I do recall an article about it from early December of last year.

Okay, but I'm still not sure whether V'ger is tasteing, approaching or has left. (-:[
PQ> This sounds very much like 1940s-ish SF. (Quite similar to the hype

I was a voracious reader back then and read anything that looked
interesting, from murder mysteries, WWII stuff and from Sci-Fi to
Elementary Physics, which, believe it or not, was easier for me to
understand than Algebra 101.
