I am contemplating changing my feed for some echos in the future.
  What do I need to do in order to make sure that:

  (a) I don't miss any mail in the switch
  (b) I don't send out mail from one feed to the other one.

 (the two feeds are in different regions, connected to the NAB from
 different points.  It is highly likely that mail received from one feed
 would not have the other feed in the SEEN-BY).
