Do you have admin access to the drive from your PC?

If so, just make a .bat file with your NET USER command in it and copy that
to the startup folder in the user's profile \start menu.

That's the easiest way.

And make sure that last command in the .bat is a del command to delete the
.bat file. (gotta leave no trace. )

I haven't tested it with XP home...
