While digging in the dumpters behind their houses,
looking for blackmail material, I found this:
It seems, on 27 Aug 96 03:48:00, that Evan Miller and Harvey Harbicht
were talking about OCFD.
Now I have them!

Install it so it looks pretty much as shown, with the wires or tubing going
straight up and down. The short end can be on top or bottom, as shown.
Can be taped to a window or a wall. Best kept away from metal, though,
especially anything its size or larger.

There's a bunch more, but those are the basic plans.
Insert "Bill Cheeks" in place of "somebody" in my previous messages
about this antenna.
>What's the 40 foot of ground wire for?
I bought a roll of it from RS and am using the stuff to make antennas out of.
At $.10/foot I can play around and have fun. It bends very nicely and the
ends
can be smashed to drill mounting holes in. After the prototypes are finished
and tested I can make the REAL antennas out of something more permanent.
