Currently EleBBS asks for a description then runs the archive conversion 
it should be the other way around run the archiver scanner test 
convertor or batchfile that extracts DIZ if not DIZ is extracted then 
prompt for a description....

A simple extraction of DIZ in a batchfile I think I could even manage to 
write the batchfile that does that :)
