Same as the XP box.  If I create a block, it's a solid color (I saw on Zs
machine that it was supposed to have an inverse of the selected graphic in
it).  If I move it, that solid block erases everything it passes over and
when I'm done, the selected block appears erased.

I just tested it on a Win2000 pro PC with a P4 hyperthreading CPU, and
it seems to be fine (I even used the block move command).
What problem do you have on your Celeron?
