Officer Ali, accidental .40 Glock discharge victim, rwas released from 
hospital yesterday fter leg amputation and masurgeries. He returned to PD 
where he blew out the candle that was lit awaiting his return.
He will return to duty as the Public Information officer after some 
recovery/adjustment time.
And no, no info yet as to why Glock discharged when dropped.
