I've purposefully tried to limit my access as a "normal" user as much as 
possible - the most I have is Access Control rights to the Utils directory 
and a couple of other places. So if Win95 changed things, it would have to 
have granted me full rights, changed them, then revoked them again... :-)
I think it's one of those things that just "happens", and nobody quite 
understands why!
