In KY when I started the dl was stapled to the citation thus it was 
relatively easy for one to spot a jerk. Don't know if it is still done this 
way for obvious reasons. People just do not seem to realize how helpful a 
pleasant attitude can be in a traffic stop or in fact in every type of 
citizen/police  TR> of folks who almost 
 TR> refuse to take a break. Some people are just hard to figure out.

encounter. Some just keep repeating he same mistake(s) .
