I'll be more concise, and thank you for the assistance, all of you, BTW:

In resultant set of policy:
Computer Configuration Root (shows a Yellow Yield/problem icon)
        In Windows Settings
                User Rights Management
Act as Part of the Operation System,

The bexec shows up as a non-selectable item along with Administrator, and my account.

  ******** Paydirt ********

May have solved the problem. FOUND the little bugger in DEFAULT Domain
Controllers Policy. (Computer Config, Windows Settings, Local Policy, User
Rights Assignment).

Found bexec and removed it.. Now.. Wonder if it's anywhere elese?

Scott
