I want to migrate from 64Bit to 32Bit... What's the best way??

Can I do a fresh install of the 32Bit version and then copy over the data
directory EXCLUDING the old prompts.dat file.... then move over my MNU
directory as I have done no further customization and then I guess move my
text directory where my altered ANSI  files are held...

Would this be it?
