Nah, that's just another case of us losing. It wont have any baring on the
way the common people vote.  Social Security is a biggie for the people you
think would vote for Bush in the case above -- Bush losses big time in that
area.

You're forgetting something -- the Latino voters in California are
democrats big time. (mainly because of the past republican governor.)
