It pretty much sets up on it's own.  Just use the "-ftp" option
for eleserv.
Your groups will be the main folders, the areas subfolders, and the files
under that.  It'll automatically use port 21.  I  it uses PORT vs.
PASV connections, so you'll need to open port 20-21 in your firewall or port
forward them in your modem.  Make sure you've got a really recent (I'm using
the Jun 26th one, I think) build.  I know a previous build (at least for me)
started the user in an empty directory, but that has been fixed.  Just tell
users to log in with their username and password and all should be groovy.
If that didn't help, let us know what you'd like to know and we'll help out.
This is an extremely welcome edition to ele.  Plus all of the development
that's been going on is awesome.  I'm really thankful to those who have been
working on Ele and EleWeb.  Opensource is really a blessing, I just need to
learn a programming language...  I can handle simple scripts and some perl
(and my perl has only been cgi oriented once, long ago), but that's about
it.
