You know Rich, when you buy a new car the first thing you don't have to =
do is go lookup to see if there were any recalls, all the recall work = has

         If you don't have applications that use the .NET Framework then =
don't install it.  That's what I suggest to people.  I make the same =
suggestion regarding Java.  Sun's Java download is not just unnecessary =
if you don't have an application to run.  It is unfriendly enough to =
configure itself to always run.

        I've so far avoided anything that required it, I don't see why I =
should have
        to have a less secure system just to make it easier for a =
programmer to
        write a program. I intend to continue to resist anything .NET..
