Hi Rita,
Sun 8 Feb 1998 17:16
Quoting Rita Smith in a message to Donovan Mclean:
>>>> "In all the universe and perhaps more, only one of each of
>>>> us."
>>> Sounds like a another McCoy saying. Probably to Kirk.
>> Your correct. It is from the old series called Balance of Terror.
Wasn't that speech more like:
"In our galaxy, there is a mathematical probability of 3 billion billion
billion world capable of sustaining life In all universe, there is an
infinite number of galaxies. And in all of that, there is just one of each of
us."
I'm not sure that this is entirely correct, since I had to reproduce it
without any aid (I haven't got the necessary research material by hand right
now).
Hope to hear from you soon,
Lieutenant Cmdr. William T.W. Thomas (aka Philip Kerselaers) -=> "Aceman"
From Belgium (the country that has invented the so-called "French Fries" and
probably has the best beer in the world (I'm not kidding about this!!)) [That
does not mean that I drink beer. Do not get the wrong impression of me !]
"Our mission, to boldly go where no split-infinitive has gone before"
"Unable to locate TEAEARLGREY.HOT -- Enterprise halted !"
_____"Energize, Mr. O'Brien ... Hey, where did that pink bunny come from?"
