Hello all!
Maybe the old man here's a little dense, but am trying to figure this out.
I have the following mask defined:
mask *, *, boatfinder, 1:116/901.0, *, *
Action runexternal h-search [repfile] [subject]
Action delete
h-search is a batch file. AS I understand it, parameters in brackets are
passed to it as command line arguments.
Nmgr tells me it's running my external program, then the log tells me:
29 Apr 17:02:05 NMGR FILEd msg#1 in C:\NETMGR\netmsg.msg
29 Apr 17:02:05 NMGR Executing: "h-search C:\NETMGR\netmsg.rep hi3cyx"
29 Apr 17:02:12 NMGR Illegal mask format in line 1!
29 Apr 17:02:13 NMGR Killed msg#1.
Brings me to a couple of questions:
Illegal mask format in line 1 of what file? Obviously nmgr runs just fine
as other actions process properly and running with the -debug parameter
shows me no problems, so it's not the config file.
AS already stated, h-search is a batch file which searches some log files
and others for the parameter in subject line of received message, say a
radio callsign.
WHat am I missing?
Thanks,
Richard
