'zzat' so?  The big OEMs universally install .NET, I presume for their )(*&^*
support suites.  I haven't seen a retail SP2 XP Pro yet - just OEM and a
big customer's merged corp disks.  I'll check it out.

For uninstallable, read un-unistallable.  I had a disaster the one time I
tried to back .NET out (of an SP1 Home install).  I was playing around, and
didn't pursue it too far.  I'll make a note to try again sometime when I'm
about to nuke a disk (g).
