I agree with David and Mark.  You should probably have Pretty Boy
checked out by an avian vet if this keeps going on.

As far as perches, a variety (sized for his little "feet") would
probably be good. Not just the round but, flat, "concrete" treated ones
(like Polly Pastels) or tree limb type ones would probably be good for
him. I have read in bird books that a variety is good for "exercise".
Stay away from the sandpaper treated covers....they can cause sores.

Good luck and keep us posted as to how Pretty Boy is doing and what the
vet says.
