Why do you want a pair of lovebirds? A single, handfed lovebird makes
a wonderful companion. All birds require the same level of care and
commitment. They require attention, feeding and picking up after...
just like children. Lovebirds are high energy birds and should not be
stuck in a small cage and just left there, which is what most people
do that buy small, parent raised birds.
You have to make a commitment when you buy a bird.
