Grin, I've seen that many a time. Just like he explained, I'd always figured
it was so someone couldnt come up behind them and steal the gun or something.
Yeah, it's got a strap but it cant be that hard to remove, or they wouldnt
be able to use it in an emergency.
Once I see the police uniform, I dont worry about it but I can see how
another might be made nervous by it.
