subject: Ramsey HR-40 reciever

Hello! I have built the ramsey hr-40 reciever kit and it seems to lack
nough
volume to drive even earphones. I spoke with ramsey and the tech says it was
designed that way so you would have to buy an extra audio amp. (not too
ool)
So, any ideas on how to build a simple small audio amp for this thing? I
refuse to buy anything else from ramsey! Or maybe you know of a better kit
that I can use as part of a qrp setup I'm building. I'm an experienced
builder, so big doesn't bother me.
Thanks for reading this message!
