And how does this protect against 'trusted' travelers suddenly doing a 
suicide
bombing? You can't search all the luggage for explosives, and as long as the
owner is aboard, it's not really suspicious.

I don't know how long it will take, but I predict more of these 'trusted'
people readying for a little unpleasant surprise. After all the US, has open
borders....
