Well, that puts it in a perspective for me;  the two things that 
really impressed me when I first met them was the chocolate and 
the ice-cream.   I used to relish Wall's Icecream in England, but 
NZ Tip-Top Icecream was street's ahead - and still is....

It all comes from their preoccupation with diary produce.
