It's been over six months since I've posted the list of Amazon's
sales ranking for the various wrestling-related books, so I thought
I'd waste some time compiling the information.

When I did the last list (11/2/2003) Have a Nice Day was #57,170,
Piper was #729, and "Encyclopedia" was #115,189.  Also back then
Whebbe & Scott Keith *each* have two books that were outselling the
Jim Ross cookbook.
