If I recall properly, the netopia is supplied by Megapath, and setup by
them. It's a commercial DSL account, with multiple Fixed IP's, and was
probably in place prior to Scott arriving onsite, so much of it is a big
"discovery process".
I noticed today, that the mail server is up and running, and on an entirely
different network address (gone from 64.x.x.x to 207.x.x.x.
