Actually he's got his own room...it's a little small right now (it's our
bedroom bathroom) but when we move into our house he shall have a bigger area
specially made for him..I'm hoping to get a little friend for him in his
little paradise complete with running water, but can't see having the money
for quite a while- hence hoping for an unwanted bird.
He doesn't like all the noise that the kids do and tends to scream when they
are around- it's all the noise and movement that freaks him out. When the
kids aren't around he's being a big suck and wanting to get scratched and
shows off his pretty colors (something he does on command as well) or trying
to put his butt in my face - I hate that!- by grabbing my ear and pulling my
face around. When the kids do come back in from outdoors he usually ends up
flying home of his own accord- sometimes after telling them to be quiet
first.
If I use a cover on him - no matter how heavy and how dark it is- he will
still scream and sometimes louder...the bathroom works a lot better.
