Hi Jeff, I gues in all my messing around, I've lost the instructions (ha)
from Ramsey on how to set the range of the reciever. It doesn't recieve very
much of the 40 meter band at one time. So I have this Heathkit rf signal
generator and was wondering how to set it up to tune the reciever to the part
of the band where I listen to CW. Possible??
In my mail today I got a new "Nuts and Volts" and it had an article on how to
use (you guessed it!) IC's to build audio amps. First in line was the LM386.
From what I have seen, Ramsey really cheaped out and my 386 is probably
lown.
Gonna change that first then If that doesn't work I'll hit the streets in
search of a 741 to build into an amp.
Thanks for your help!
