   You mention to Anne Kramer that "even WPdos itself could be used as
long as you save the results as ascii" to edit off-line mail.
   I drove everybody crazy until I succeeded in doing just that, back at
the beginning of the year.  It's not a "could be" proposition.  WP for
DOS provides spell checking, automatic word wrapping, a thesaurus, the
ability to swap out to DOS to check facts or extract quotations from
other documents, editing two documents at once on a split screen, and
all the shortcut keys upon which one's come to depend.  Anne's very
welcome to ask for details if she's interested.
