Stories of Roosevelt's oil embargo makes you wonder if the US allowed the
attack on Pearl Harbor as a feint. While I'm sure it could be dumb luck, I love
a good conspiracy theory as much as the next person, and having the carriers
that turned the war in that theater be less than a day away from the attack
seems odd. The ships that were destroyed were the ones that won the last war.
