 It is Called; Practice, Practice, Practice, Practice.
It is all a matter of training the Brain to Think in Dots and Dashes(Long and 
short tomes) rather than Verbal sounds. Many have done it and many have 
failed. You never know untill you try.  There is however several good 
omputer
programs for both Code Practice and Theory Practice. Check in yuor area fro a 
Ham Radio Oriented BBS. Or if yuo have it Search teh Internet.
