Ya, but don't forget, this was 1970. Nobody Cared.  Don Yenko had an outside
yard of discarded engines of various sizes that where replaced by his warmed
over 427's till he got GM to make the copo cars.
Back on my uncles farm, there is a complete 327 Chevy  w/tranny sitting in
the dirt since 1977. Along with 2 460 ford's that joined it around 1980.
They where just another engine at the time. They ran, but had no engine bay
to call home anymore.
